The Disabled Veteran Solutions Senior Management Team each represent over 25 years’ experience in the Call Center industry. Winning strategies have been evidenced in Program Management, Contact Center Evaluation, Human Resources Staffing Solutions and Brokerage Services. In our Call Center activities, we have taken programs from 10 seats to over 200 across several industry verticals, notably Financial Services, Government, Insurance, and Medical fields.

Your information Security is paramount to us. The DVS team is HIPAA, PCI and SOC 2 compliant and as such we work only with Vendors that have the proper certifications in place. We provide the tools and information necessary for Clients to stay up to date regarding regulatory information and to operate with best practices.

Federal and State Contractors are required by law to engage Service Disabled Veteran Enterprise (SDVE) to meet “set-aside” supplier and vendor requirements. Companies doing business with Federal and State Government entities need to meet diversity requirements to put their best effort into winning various government contracting opportunities.
