Joseph A. DiFuccia

Joseph DiFuccia is President and Chief Executive Officer of Disabled Veterans Call Center. He founded this organization after merging two successful careers, first as a Cavalry Officer in the United States Army and an equally successful Career in C Level positions within the Contact Center Industry. In uniform he commanded a forwarded deployed M1 tank company executing sensitive border patrol missions. In his civilian career he has applied the same dedication to success, enabling exponential growth through innovative and efficient process control of multi-channel call centers. As a seasoned professional, Mr. DiFuccia decided to found Disabled Veteran Solutions as a way to provide jobs not only for service disabled veterans like himself, but all returning veterans and military spouses. While these attributes are given hiring preferences, Disabled Veteran Solutions is open to provide opportunities to all who embrace the highest standards of service.

Terry Smith
Director of Client Relations

 Terry has worked in Call Center Services since May of 1989. Over the past 31 years, she has played an instrumental role in the acquisition and implementation of new programs initiatives. Smith has managed multiple contact centers for various clients overseeing the management of  the education, quality assurance and production of the campaigns.  Terry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Gannon University.

Colleen Martin
Director of Operations

 As Director of Operations, Colleen Martin draws from more than 20 years of experience to lead our production area. With expertise in training and workforce management, she consistently delivers result driven teams that exceed required metrics. Colleen has an A.S. in Business Management from Mercyhurst University. 

Abigail Stafford
Director of Human Resources 

    Abigail Stafford, SHRM-CP, CDE, is the Director of Human Resources. Abigail has a B.A. in Communications and media study from Penn State and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Mercyhurst University and brings over 10 years of experience in her field. She is certified both through the society of Human Resources in Human Resources and as a Certified Diversity Executive. 

Gina DiFuccia
CFO

     Gina DiFuccia as, CFO, is involved in all aspects of budgeting and financial reporting and has been instrumental to the company’s growth. Prior to DVS, Gina was the Senior Accountant at Joy Cone Company, where she served as a board member and was part of the merger and acquisition team. Gina is a graduate of Penn State main campus.

Paul DiFuccia
Director of Business Processes

    Paul DiFuccia brings 40+ years’ experience in Senior Sales and Executive Management.  He has lead success in Fortune 100 Consumer Products and Business to Business Service companies in the United States and Canada and has led multiple startups to success. As Director of Business Processes, Mr. DiFuccia puts his many years of experience to work as he develops and implements business processes and reporting systems to create efficiencies, develop managers and increase focus on attaining DVS Client objectives.

Colleen Spellman 
Director of Administration

Ms. Spellman serves as Director of Administration and has worked in Call Center Services since 1995. Over the past 25 years, she has been primarily responsible for contract management, corporate registrations, organizational policy and procedures, and compliance. She has also brought with her many years of experience in QA Monitoring and Back-Office Administration.
